Rules & Safety Guidelines

ALL PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES!!! UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH STAFF BEFOREHAND IN GREAT DETAIL!

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME AND LISTEN TO STAFF AT ALL TIMES. IF SOMEONE IS NOT LISTENING TO STAFF AND RULES REPEATEDLY, THEY MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUNDS! WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PLAYERS NOT TAKING SAFETY SERIOUS AT OUR FACILITY!

PLEASE LET STAFF KNOW BEFOREHAND IF ANYONE IN THE GROUP IS SPECIAL NEEDS OR DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. AS THE RULES WILL NEED TO BE EXPLAINED WITH GREAT DETAIL TO THESE PLAYERS.

- PLAYER SAFETY RULES

1. All players must be 10 years of age or older. You must sign a waiver and return it to our registration area before playing. Anyone 17 and under must have a parent or guardian’s signature on their waiver.

2.       SAFETY MASKS/GOGGLES MUST BE WORN BY ANYONE IN DESIGNATED PLAYING AREAS.  When you are shot in the field of play, your mask/goggles must cover your face until you return to the staging area. Paintball:  ONLY full-face, paintball approved masks/goggles are allowed. Airsoft: 17 and under must wear a full face, paintball approved mask. 18 and older may wear airsoft approved goggles, airsoft goggles and wire mesh mask, or full-face paintball mask.  DO NOT REMOVE YOUR GOGGLES FOR ANY REASON IN THE PLAYING AREAS. DOING SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR EJECTION FOR THE DAY.

3.       NO SHOOTING in any areas other than the designated playing areas. No shooting into or out of the registration, staging, or parking areas.  Markers may only be discharged on active fields of play or the target range.

4.       RULE OF ENGAGEMENT:  NO player shall engage within 10 feet. When within 10 feet, the attacker must yell “surrender.” At that time player is considered eliminated and is out of that game. Airsoft sniper rifles with max 500 fps must pull out a side arm when the enemy has come within 100 feet in distance.

5.       Paintball markers max fps is 280 or below.  Airsoft full auto max fps is 400 with .20 g BBs or 1.49J. Airsoft DMR max fps is 450 with 50 foot engagement. Airsoft bolt-action sniper rifle max fps is 500 with .20 g BBs with 100 foot engagement and must carry a side arm.

6.       REFEREE’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL. Players or spectators will not be allowed to argue with the referees under any circumstances.

7.       BARREL BLOCKING DEVICES must be worn at all times anywhere on the property other than the designated playing areas or target range.

8.       NO BLIND FIRING OR OVERSHOOTING is allowed. Players must be looking at their targets. Once a player is shot and their arm is up in the air, no additional shots should be taken at them.

9.       NO SHOOTING at referees, spectators, automobiles, wildlife, etc.

10.   NO VERBAL ABUSE, PROFANITY, NAME CALLING, OR SLURS AGAINST ANYONE’S RACE, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, PARENTS, GIRLFRIEND, OR BOYFRIEND. No physical contact of any sort is allowed. Any fighting will result in police action.

11.   NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the premises. Anyone engaging in this activity or who is impaired will be ejected from TCP. 

12.   MODIFICATIONS to the playing areas are not allowed.

13.   MODIFICATION to any of the paintball rental equipment is not allowed. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ANY COMPONENTS FROM THE RENTAL MARKER. If you need any assistance with your rental marker, please ask a referee.

14.   REAL HAND GRENADES, EXPLOSIVE DEVICES OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED at TCP. Airsoft simulated products are allowed.

15.   PLAYERS RENTING EQUIPMENT FROM TCP ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT EQUIPMENT. This includes replacement costs for missing barrel covers, barrels, or broken gear.

16.   BE AWARE OF FIELD HAZARDS SUCH AS HOLES, RUTS, POISON IVY, BRANCHES, THORNS, TICKS, ETC. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOOTING FOR GRANTED.

17.   CALLING HITS. If you have been hit by a paintball, and it breaks you must call “HIT” loudly and raise your arm straight up. Once you call “HIT” you are out even if it is discovered that the paintball didn’t break. If you’re not sure if the paintball broke, call for a “PAINT CHECK” from the referee. Splatters do not count as hits. Hits to your gun, ammo pouch, and/or body do.

18.   ONLY FIELD PAINT IS ALLOWED AT TCP for paintballers. Outside paintballs are not allowed and will be confiscated.

19.   PLEASE KEEP THE AREA CLEAN AND USE THE TRASH CANS.

20.   Players may want to wear long sleeves and pants along with gloves.

21.   TCP is not responsible for damage or theft to customer gear or belongings.
